considering that the WG4 with the automatic cancellation of ISO/PWI 6422-3 "Layout key for trade documents – Part 3: Analysis for user requirements for layout key of trade documents" on 2014-11-18 has no more active WIs
noting that there was no majority to activate the ISO/PWI 6422-3
resolves to disband ISO/TC 154/WG 4
