ISO/TC 154 was informed that the chair of the Joint Syntax Working Group will no longer be available after the end of 1998
requests the UN/ECE, according to the ISO/IEC/UN-ECE MoU, to nominate a replacement by early autumn 1998 so that there will be an effective handover
