Biography
Mei-li Chen is the liaison representative of Asia Pacific Council for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (AFACT) to ISO/TC 154 since 2013.
Mei-li is currently an Advisory Planner (Section Managers) of the Institute for Information Industry, and a member of the UN/CEFACT Core Components Harmonization Working Group. She held the position of Secretary General of the Open System Association from 2013 to 2015.
