Gertjan van den Akker

Gertjan van den Akker served as committee manager (then called committee secretary) of ISO/TC 154 during the early years of the NEN (Royal Netherlands Standardization Institute) secretariat, taking over from François Vuilleumier when the secretariat transferred from SNV (Switzerland) to NEN (Netherlands) in late 2008. He supported chair Robert Schubenel (GS1) through the 25th, 26th and 27th plenary meetings (Brussels 2008, Geneva 2009, Bangkok 2010).
