Noting
ISO/TC 154/JWG 9 made a recommenation in July meeting and recommended starting CIB (ballot) to establish a liaison-ship from TC 154 to TC 347, and nominate Mr. Hao Wu <dearwuhao@hotmail.com> as the liaison representative. This CIB is initiated based on the JWG9 recommendation.
